STEP1 Add the ordered product to the shopping cart
Membership registration (free) is required to place an order on the SAIRAI official online store. You can register in advance or you can register during the ordering process.
Once registered, your next order will be smoother.
STEP2 Check the contents of your shopping cart <br>The product information you have selected will be displayed, so please check that there are no errors.
You can delete products and change quantity.
Once you have decided on the details of your order, click "Proceed to checkout". Proceed to checkout.
If you want to use points, please enter the points you want to use here and press the "Use points" button before proceeding to the order procedure.
STEP3 Login/Register as a member <br>Please enter your email address and password.
Click "Login". Proceed to select payment method.
If you are a first-time user, please click "Click here for new member registration". Proceed to the membership registration procedure.
STEP4 Enter your delivery address and desired delivery date/time <br>Please enter your delivery information.
You can enter a new delivery address or choose from the addresses you registered when you made a previous purchase.
STEP5 Select a payment method<br>Please select a payment method.
If you are using a coupon, please enter the coupon code on this screen.
STEP6 Confirm and finalize your order <br>Please confirm that there are no errors in your order and finalize your order.
When the order procedure is completed, an "order completed" e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
In this email, you can check the items you ordered and the delivery date and time, so please save it until the product is delivered.
*You can also check your order details from My Page after confirmation. (login is needed.)
The shipping fee is 550 yen (including tax) nationwide. If the purchase amount is 5,000 yen (including tax) or more, we will deliver it free of charge. ( However, if a shipping fee is required, a shipping fee of 990 yen (including tax) will be charged for Hokkaido and Okinawa. )
3.Delivery of goods
Orders placed before 13:00 pm on business days will be shipped on the same day if there is no specified delivery date. However, Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and company holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
If you want to specify the delivery time, select the time zone or enter the time zone in the summary.

Orders received by 16:00 on the day will be shipped on the same day as soon as the payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.

*If the delivery date is not specified, it will arrive the next day for [ Kyushu/Shikoku/Chugoku/Kansai/Hokuriku/Chubu ] and two days after [ Hokkaido/Tohoku/Shinetsu/Kanto ] .

6. Order changes and cancellations
In principle, orders placed before 13:00 will be shipped on the same day, orders after 13:00 will be shipped the next business day.
If you wish to change the contents of your order after it has been completed, or cancel your order, we will be able to do so until 13:00 on the shipping date. Please contact us using the inquiry form. Please do not forget to include your order number.

7. About returns and exchanges
・We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product is damaged, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If so, we will arrange a replacement immediately. In that case, we kindly ask you to contact us first by telephone before sending the item back.
・We do not accept any returns or refunds due to customer's convenience. Please note.
・If you contact us within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product, we will only accept exchanges for unopened and unused products. However, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping fee and the reshipping shipping fee.
・The person in charge will inform you about the method of returning the product and the price difference due to the returned or exchanged product when you contact us.
*Please note that once a product has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
・If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by 4:00 pm on the scheduled delivery date. Please note that cancellation after shipment will be treated as a "return" and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and handling fee.
8. Use of points
One shopping point will be given for every 100 yen (excluding tax) purchased. When purchasing products, points can be used in units of 100 points, where 1 point = 1 yen. Points are valid for one year, but if you earn points even once in a year, the validity period will not expire.
